Easy access, clean facility, decent food and beverages. Loudest concert I’ve been to. Sounded awesome but you may want earplugs. If you need water buy it out of the vending machine for $5 vs buying from a vendor for $6. Live and learn.

The arena itself was overall a nice and affordable place to see a concert. Me and my group of 5 saw Shinedown, and were blown away. However, just as helpful criticism, the flow of foot traffic for the floor merchandise and beer stand could’ve been handled better. One of the perks of getting floor (at least I hoped) was to have easier access to merch, but when I tried to get merch before the opener started the line to the beer stand that was next to the entrance to the floor was margining with the merch line, for which staff was sending people upstairs to get merch if the line along the wall met the beer line…which wasn’t very long so it was slightly irritating. Also the water access wasn’t great on the floor area either, the beer stand ran out before the second opener got on, and I had a group of 5 who needed water. I tried asking a staff member where else to get water and I felt ignored when trying to ask… So for most of the things I needed (earplugs, water, etc) I had to navigate upstairs, which was even more crowded than downstairs. So I guess what I’m getting at, is maybe move where the beer stand is of merch booth is so the lines can be better managed and floor people can

Getting in took longer than getting out and that was the only downer about the event. Plan an extra 15 minutes before your event to cover how long you sit in lines on the access roads while they usher traffic into the parking lots if you park in lots A B or C nearby. Other than that the arena had plenty of in and out doors, the halls are wide enough to accommodate and the event it self had plenty of room. The sears are all too close to each other to allow them to fit the most possible people but they were padded enough that even though I suffer low back pain from spinal fusion the 2.5 hours sitting didn't kill me. Overall good place to attend events. I don't use concessions so no experience there.

Went to arena for a Best of party. Had a great time...nice venue with plenty of places to eat, have a refreshing beverage, and watch an event!!!

The Spokane arena is great for many events, including concerts. The seats are pretty decent and there are several types of concession stands available. I recommend finding street parking as it's a lot cheaper than parking in their lot. We saw Bad Religion and The Offspring last night. It was a lot of fun!
